The Christian wedding ceremony at Wesley United Methodist Church is rooted in the belief that marriage is a gift from God for all people. As the church, we strive to equip couples to have lifelong, loving, covenantal, and flourishing marriages. To this end, we take a great deal of care in preparing each couple who is to be married at Wesley.
We require all couples who are to be married at Wesley to attend three pre-marital counseling sessions with the Pastor.
